Dariusz Mioduski, Non-executive Director
Dariusz Mioduski is chief executive officer of Kulczyk Investments SA who hold a 10.1% interest in the Company and are focussed on projects in key sectors of the global economy including oil and gas, mineral resources, infrastructure, power generation, power and gas distribution and trading.
Dariusz was an associate with the international law firms White & Case (New York and Warsaw offices) and Vinson & Elkins (Houston and Warsaw offices) before joining Cameron McKenna where he served as executive partner in Warsaw for ten years with responsibility for energy and infrastructure projects in Central Europe.
He was educated at Harvard University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Polish Business Round Table and of the Polish Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization. He is Vice President of the Harvard Club in Poland.
He joined the Board in April 2009.
Manoj Madnani, alternate Director to Dariusz Mioduski
Manoj Narender Madnani is Managing Director (Dubai) and a Member of the Board of Kulczyk Investments SA, Luxembourg. Manoj has been nominated as alternate by Mr Mioduski who is based in Poland.
Manoj has a background in corporate finance, deal sourcing, international transactions and corporate strategy. His areas of expertise are the energy and infrastructure sectors and emerging markets. Prior to joining Kulczyk Investments SA, he worked for several years in central and eastern Europe and the Middle East, focusing on energy security and investments in the energy sector.
He was educated at Babson College (USA) and is a member of the Global Advisory Board and the Alumni Association Board of Babson College. He is also a member of the Emirates Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization. His other Directorships include, Loon Energy and Kulczyk Oil Ventures in Canada and Polenergia S.A. in Poland.
